I have just stayed with the Strathdon Hotel for 3 nights. I nothing bad to say at all. It’s run very well by the accommodating owners Veronica and Ian. Rooms are very clean comfortable, tidy, warm when it’s Cold, complete with usual facilities. we got on very well with Veronica and Ian who make you feel very welcome. I wished to stay longer but look forward to my next visit soon. All the hard work does not go unnoticed.

just had 2 nights stay in the strathdon,soon as we arrived we where given a very warm welcome and the room was spotless and very very clean and comfy and the breakfasts are even better.just like to say thanx to ian and veronica for making us feel at home,i would def recomend this hotel to anybody could not fault the place,hoping to go back next aug if we can get a booking thanx again david,debra,charlie x 21st aug 2013
We’re just back from our break in Blackpool, first time ever going and we all loved it! but what we really thought made it was the Strathdon Hotel it was home from home, the rooms were perfect/spotless, the breakfasts were massive and set you up for the day ahead, we also had dinner here and everything was cooked fresh, it was beautiful. First class service there is nothing bad you could say, Ian and Veronica never stop and nothing is ever bother to them they were the perfect hosts, def be back here wouldn’t want anywhere else. Thanks so much for making our break perfect!

Stayed here in the Summer just for the one night, the owners are lovely people who cant do enough to help you. Ian advised us where to park, he also chatted to us for a long time in the bar and advised us where the best places were for the night time. Rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and crisp and the breakfasts are beautiful. Wouldnt stay anywhere else now. Plan to come back May 2013 for a few more nights : ) excellent service, should receive 5* for their 5* services.

I came back for the second time at the beginning of October, had a lovely stay Veronica and Ian great and can’t wait to come back.

Just returned from The Strathdon Hotel after a three night break. Enjoyed everything about it, the hotel was immaculate throughout. Lovely breakfast and lovely friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend and will return. Thanks for a great time. x
Had an overnight stay in August 2012. I have stayed in some quality hotels throughout the world and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the strathdon to be better than some of these hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were spotless, linen crisp and very white, the hotel was well managed. I can\’t fault the hotel nor the staff 10/10. Keep up the good work
Just back from wks stay at the strathdon. Had fantastic week ian and veronica were great hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Ian helped me find a parking space and helped me park and veronicas food is amazing. Would highly recommend the strathdon and will def be returning.
An excellent hotel to stay in, the owners Ian and Veronica were so attentive to their guests and the breakfasts were to die for. Ian even got into the car, helped me find a car park space to then walk the journey back which i thought was great of him. The room was lovely, roomy and clean. Thanks for an enjoyable stay, we will come back.
